  1. The applicants are required to bring the original copies of the passport (for international participants), Photo ID proof - Driving license/ Aadhaar card/Voter ID/ Ration card (for national participants), vaccination certificate, medical history, indemnity bond, NOC from the medical doctor to participate in the event and a printed copy of the registration form to the event.
  2. The registration amount once paid shall not be refunded.
  3. Please note that the applicants will be allowed to participate in the event only if they carry their original documents with them.
  4. The participation of the event is subject to verification of the documents presented. The entry to event is subject to discretion of KATPS.
  5. The checkout amount will be mentioned in INR. At the time of payment ,the currency exchange will be as per the rate agreed between the two banks.
